We currently ship all over India, covering even the most remote locations. We partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, Bluedart, and several other logistics providers to ensure timely and reliable deliveries. At the moment, we do not offer international shipping, but we plan to expand our reach globally in the near future.

📦 Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. For orders placed before 4 PM, we aim for same-day dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email, and you can also view real-time tracking information directly on our website.

The standard delivery timeline across India ranges between 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location. For customers located in Jalgaon, we offer express and same-day delivery options on eligible orders.

🚛 Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹600. For orders below this amount, minimal shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and item size.

📬 Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, don’t worry—our courier partners will reattempt the delivery. In case of repeated failures, our support team will reach out to help you reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

🛒 Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

For pre-orders or products that are temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as the item becomes available. You’ll be notified via email regarding estimated delivery dates and stock status.

📦 Secure Packaging

All our shipments are packed with care using protective materials to prevent any damage in transit. Additionally, every order is recorded while packing to ensure accuracy and quality assurance.

📧 Digital Product Delivery

We do not physically ship digital products (such as Steam game keys or download codes). These are sent to your registered email address after payment confirmation. Please ensure your email is correct at checkout to avoid delays.
