Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. For orders placed before 4 PM, we aim for same-day dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email, and you can also view real-time tracking information directly on our website.

The standard delivery timeline across India ranges between 2 to 9 business days, depending on your location. For customers located in Jalgaon, we offer express and same-day delivery options on eligible orders.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹600. For orders below this amount, minimal shipping fees may apply depending on the destination and item size.

📬 Missed Deliveries & Reattempts

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, don’t worry—our courier partners will reattempt the delivery. In case of repeated failures, our support team will reach out to help you reschedule or make alternate arrangements.

🛒 Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

For pre-orders or products that are temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch your order as soon as the item becomes available. You’ll be notified via email regarding estimated delivery dates and stock status.
