What happens if my sell order item is rejected?

The rejected item would be returned back to you. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

When will I be paid for the product that I sell?

Timeframe for payment processing from the time the order is delivered to us:

• Store Credits: 2 hours.
• IMPS Bank Transfer: 24 hours or earlier.
• UPI Transfer: 8 hours or earlier.
• PayTm Transfer: 48 hours or earlier.

How many days will it take for the products to reach Hyrockers?

Our shipping service is fast, reliable, and secure. Your parcel will be picked up and delivered to us within just 3 days.

How does the selling process work?

Step 1 - Submit the product that you want to sell.
Step 2 - Check Whatsapp Or Email.
Step 3 - Add more products if you wish to or Proceed to Ship.
Step 4 - Choose Shipping Method - Free Pickup / Self Ship.
Step 5 - Choose Payment Method for Cash - IMPS Bank Transfer / UPI Payment / Paytm Transfer. (Credit will be paid to your Hyrockers Gaming Wallet which can be used to purchase any products from our website and has no expiry).
Step 6 - Verify the details entered and Place the Order.
