What is Warranty, what does it cover, what doesn’t it cover, and how long is it?
Hyrockers offers a warranty for certain products to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability. In short, if you follow all instructions, you will have at least 5 months of access to the account in most accounts.
What it covers:
Shared/offline accounts: Issues such as account inaccessibility or login problems caused by us.
Delivery: Products that are not delivered within 24 hours will be rectified or replaced.
What it doesn’t cover:
Misuse: If the product is modified, shared, unauthorized selling or misused by the buyer, the warranty will not apply.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or warranties for accidental purchases or reasons not related to the product’s functionality.
Warranty period:
For most shared/offline accounts, the warranty is 5 months.
For 0-hour accounts, there is no warranty as these accounts are thoroughly checked before being delivered.
