Hyrockers Gaming offers a warranty on certain products to ensure customer satisfaction. If you follow all instructions, you will have at least 5 months of access to the account in most cases.
What does the warranty cover?
- Shared/Offline Accounts: Covers login issues or account inaccessibility caused by us.
- Delivery Issues: If a product is not delivered within 24 hours, it will be rectified or replaced.
Are your products genuine?
Absolutely! We only sell 100% authentic products & electronics.
What is not covered under the warranty?
- Misuse: The warranty is void if the product is modified, shared, resold, or misused by the buyer.
- Change of Mind: No refunds or warranties for accidental purchases or reasons unrelated to the product's functionality.
How long is the warranty period?
- Shared/Offline Accounts: 5 months.
- 0-Hour Accounts: No warranty, as they are thoroughly checked before delivery.
What kind of customer support is available?
- Digital product support is available for 30 days from the purchase date.
- Support covers activation issues only (not in-game issues, mods, or third-party assistance).
What account details will I receive?
- User ID & Password for the purchased account.
- Permanent access to the account for gaming.
- You cannot change the User ID or Password.(Unless Full Access)
What is the return policy?
- Unopened digital products: Can be returned within 2 days.

How do redemption codes and license keys work?
- Activation keys or redemption codes are provided as per the vendor’s policies. Check Product Page Correctly
- Hyrockers Gaming acts as a delivery platform and is not responsible for the content.
