Getting Receipt Copies

Need a receipt for your order? Here’s how to download or request a copy of your invoice or purchase receipt.

📥 How to Download Your Receipt

1. Log into your account on Hyrockers Gaming.
2. Go to My Account → Orders.
3. Find the order for which you need the receipt.
4. Click “View” or “Invoice”.
5. Click “Download Invoice” or “Print Receipt”.

💡 Tip: You can keep a PDF copy for future warranty or tax purposes.

📧 Didn’t Receive Your Invoice by Email?

In most cases, a copy of your invoice is automatically emailed after a successful purchase.
If you didn’t receive one:

• Check your Spam or Promotions folder
• Ensure your email is correct in My Account → Profile
• Or request a copy below

📨 Request a Manual Copy

• Receipts are only available for completed orders
• Invoices include all taxes (GST) if applicable
