How do I cancel an order?

Need to cancel your order? Here’s how you can do it quickly and what to expect during the cancellation process.

🕒 Can I Cancel Anytime?

• You can cancel an order before it is shipped
• Once the order is marked as “Shipped” or “Completed”, it cannot be canceled
• Digital product orders are non-cancellable after purchase

🛑 How to Cancel an Order

1. Login to your Hyrockers Gaming account
2. Go to My Account → Orders
3. Find the order you want to cancel
4. If cancellation is available, you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button — click it
5. Confirm the cancellation reason and submit

📌 If you don’t see the cancel button, it means the order is already processed or shipped.

💸 Refund After Cancellation

• Refunds (if paid online) are processed within 2–7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are simply voided after cancellation
