📦 Return Eligibility
- The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- It must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and with all accessories
- Digital products (like game keys or downloads) are non-returnable
- Some items may be “non-returnable”
📌 Important: Returns due to buyer change of mind may not be accepted unless allowed by the seller.
📝 How to Request a Return
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the order you want to return and click “Request Return” (if available)
- Provide your reason and upload photos if required
- Our support team or seller will review and respond within 1–2 working days
🛑 If there’s no return button, contact support directly.
🚚 How Returns Are Collected
- Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled (where available)
- You may need to self-ship the product to the seller’s address
- Share the shipping receipt or tracking ID with support
💸 Refunds After Return
- Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days of receiving the returned product
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller fault
