I would like to return my order

Not satisfied with your order? Here’s how you can request a return and get the process started on Hyrockers Gaming.


📦 Return Eligibility

  • The item must be returned within 3 days of delivery
  • It must be in original condition — unopened, unused, and with all accessories
  • Digital products (like game keys or downloads) are non-returnable
  • Some items may be “non-returnable”

📌 Important: Returns due to buyer change of mind may not be accepted unless allowed by the seller.


📝 How to Request a Return

  1. Go to My Account → Orders
  2. Select the order you want to return and click “Request Return” (if available)
  3. Provide your reason and upload photos if required
  4. Our support team or seller will review and respond within 1–2 working days

🛑 If there’s no return button, contact support directly.


🚚 How Returns Are Collected

  • Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled (where available)
  • You may need to self-ship the product to the seller’s address
  • Share the shipping receipt or tracking ID with support

💸 Refunds After Return

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days of receiving the returned product
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller fault
