If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not working, we’re here to help. Follow these steps to report the issue and get it resolved quickly.
📸 Step 1: Take Photos or Video
- Capture clear images of the damaged or faulty item
- Include packaging, shipping label, and the issue itself
- For electronics or accessories, you can also record a short video showing the issue
📌 This helps us process your return or refund faster and verify the issue with the seller.
📝 Step 2: Report the Issue
- Login to your Hyrockers Gaming account
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Select the affected order and click “Report Issue” or “Request Return”
- Upload your photos/videos and describe the issue
⚠️ Reports must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for return/replacement.
🔁 What Happens Next?
- Your complaint will be reviewed by our team or the seller
- If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit
- A return pickup may be arranged, or you may be asked to self-ship the item
📦 Most cases are resolved within 2–5 business days.
