Store pickup

Want to skip shipping and pick up your order locally? Hyrockers Gaming offers a convenient Store Pickup option for select products and sellers.

📍 How Store Pickup Works

1. Choose a product that offers Store Pickup
2. Select “Pick up from store” during checkout
3. You’ll receive the store address and pickup instructions after placing your order
4. Visit the store with your order confirmation and a valid ID to collect

💡 You will not be charged for shipping on pickup-eligible orders.

🕒 When Can I Pick Up?

• You’ll be notified when your item is ready for pickup (usually within 24–48 hours)
• Pickup is allowed only during the seller’s working hours
• Please collect the order within 3–5 days of confirmation

📦 What to Bring

• Order ID or confirmation email/SMS
• Valid photo ID (e.g. Aadhaar, Driving License)
• Payment proof (for prepaid orders)

🛑 If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring your ID copy and written authorization.
