📸 Step 1: Take Clear Photos
- Take pictures of the damaged product from different angles
- Include the packaging (box, label, and bubble wrap if any)
- Also snap a photo of the invoice or shipping label

📝 Step 2: Report the Damage
- Go to My Account → Orders
- Click on the affected order
- Click “Report Issue” or “Request Return”
- Upload your photos and describe the damage clearly
⚠️ This must be done within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for refund/replacement.
🔁 What Happens Next?
- Our support team or the seller will review your request
- If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit
- We may arrange pickup or request return shipping depending on the product
