What if my order is damaged?

We’re sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. Here’s how to report the issue and get it resolved as quickly as possible.


📸 Step 1: Take Clear Photos

  • Take pictures of the damaged product from different angles
  • Include the packaging (box, label, and bubble wrap if any)
  • Also snap a photo of the invoice or shipping label

📌 Good photos help us speed up your claim and process your refund or replacement faster.


📝 Step 2: Report the Damage

  1. Go to My Account → Orders
  2. Click on the affected order
  3. Click “Report Issue” or “Request Return”
  4. Upload your photos and describe the damage clearly

⚠️ This must be done within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for refund/replacement.


🔁 What Happens Next?

  • Our support team or the seller will review your request
  • If approved, you’ll be offered a replacement, refund, or store credit
  • We may arrange pickup or request return shipping depending on the product

✅ Most issues are resolved within 2–5 business days.


🙅 Not Covered Under Damage Claims

  • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., drops, water exposure)
  • Unboxing without video/photo proof (for high-value items)
  • Digital goods — unless they are non-functional or inaccessible
