Rental Policy

Effective: 13/05/2025

1. Rental Duration & Charges

• Available Rental Periods:
  • 3 Days
  • 7 Days
  • 14 Days
  • 28 Days
• Rental fee must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of ₹[1000–2000] is required per game.
• Deposit will be refunded only after the disc is returned in its original Running condition.
• Deposit may be forfeited in case of:
  • Disc not returned within 7 days of due date
  • Major scratches or permanent damage
  • Lost or broken disc/box

3. Late Return Policy

• Grace Period: 1 day
• After that, ₹50 per day will be charged as late fee.
• If not returned within 7 days after due date, disc will be considered purchased and deposit will not be refunded.

4. Disc Condition

• All discs are checked before renting and sealed in protective sleeves.
• Minor wear is acceptable, but scratches, cracks, or data unreadability will incur damage charges up to ₹[2000].
• Customers must not apply stickers or write on the disc.

5. Customer ID Requirement

To complete the rental, customers must provide:

• Selfie with the ID (for online/first-time rentals)

6. Cancellation & Refund

• Rental bookings can be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup/delivery.
• After that, rental fees are non-refundable.
• Security deposit is always refundable if disc is returned in good condition.

7. Delivery & Pickup

• Delivery is available via local courier partners at extra charge (₹50–₹100).

8. Ownership & Piracy Notice

• All games are original and legally purchased.
• Copying, tampering, or unauthorized resale of rental discs is strictly prohibited.
