Trade-In Policy for Video Game Discs

At Hyrockers Gaming, we offer a smooth and rewarding trade-in process for your pre-owned physical video games. Please read our trade-in policy carefully before placing a sell order.

Eligibility and Ownership

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the game(s) you wish to trade.
• Only disc-based games in their original DVD-sized cases are eligible for trade-in.

How to Trade-In

• To begin a trade-in, please visit the Sell/Trade section on our website www.hyrockersgaming.com and submit a sell request.
• You can choose our free pickup service (where available) or ship the game(s) yourself to the address we provide.

Shipping Incentive

• If you choose to self-ship your order, we’ll add an extra ₹125 in Cash or Store Credit per shipment as a token of appreciation.

Valuation Terms

• Trade-in prices (Cash or Store Credit) quoted at the time of your sell request will remain valid for 15 days.
• Your game(s) must reach us within this period to receive the full quoted value.

Condition Guidelines

• All games must be in working condition and complete with original packaging.
• Damaged, defective, or incomplete items may have reduced trade-in value or may be rejected entirely.
• Rejected items can be returned to you at your expense or disposed of securely.

Assessment and Final Valuation

• Our team will inspect the game(s) upon arrival. Final value will be based on the actual condition and completeness of each item.
• Hyrockers Gaming’s decision on game condition, missing items, and trade-in value is final and binding.
• Only one copy per title can be traded per household.

Geographic Availability

• Trade-ins are currently accepted only from within India.

Transit Liability

• Hyrockers Gaming is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during transit.

Payment and Store Credit

• Once we receive and verify your trade-in, processing will typically take 1–2 business days.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your Cash/Store Credit has been processed.
• Ensure you provide accurate bank or UPI details; Hyrockers Gaming will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information.

Store Credit Terms

• Once issued, Store Credit cannot be converted into cash.
• Any unused Store Credit will remain in your Hyrockers Gaming account and cannot be refunded in any form.
