Description
Lethal Company: Meet the Quota. Survive the Moon.
Welcome, employee! You’ve signed on with “The Company,” and your job is simple: travel to abandoned, industrialized moons, scavenge valuable scrap, and meet the ever-increasing profit quota. Easy, right? Except these moons aren’t just abandoned… they’re teeming with deadly creatures and treacherous environmental hazards.
Lethal Company is a co-operative survival horror experience where teamwork, communication (or lack thereof), and resource management are key to staying alive… and employed. Fail to meet the quota, and you’ll face consequences worse than any monster.
High Risk, High Reward Scavenging
Explore derelict facilities shrouded in darkness. Your goal is to grab as much scrap as possible and return to your ship before the moon’s automated defenses kick in or something nasty finds you. The more valuable the scrap, the deeper and more dangerous you’ll likely have to venture. Every run is a gamble against time and terror.
Communicate or Die (Laughing)
Coordinate with your crew (up to 4 players) using proximity voice chat. Stick together, share information about creature locations and loot finds, and guide each other through the oppressive darkness. Or, wander off alone and let your distant screams serve as a warning to others. Communication is vital, but the ensuing chaos and panic often lead to hilarious (and fatal) situations.
Face Unspeakable Horrors
The abandoned moons are home to a bizarre and terrifying bestiary. From blind creatures that hunt by sound to entities that stalk you in the shadows, you’ll need to learn their behaviors to avoid becoming their next meal. Use tools found on the ship and scavenged items to distract, evade, or momentarily stun threats, but direct confrontation is rarely wise.
Upgrade Your Gear, If You Can Afford It
Use the credits earned from successful scrap runs to buy useful tools, equipment, and ship upgrades. Invest in better flashlights, walkie-talkies, stun grenades, or even decorative items for your ship. But remember, the profit quota always comes first. Spend wisely, or you might not make it to the next payday.
