Survive Horrifying Trials Together

For the first time in the Outlast universe, you don’t have to face the terror alone. Team up with up to 3 other players in intense co-operative gameplay. Work together to complete the brutal objectives set by Murkoff, navigating elaborate, trap-filled environments while being hunted by terrifying and iconic characters. Communication and coordination are essential, but in the face of pure horror, will your team hold together?

Stealth, Evasion, and Terror

Like its predecessors, The Outlast Trials focuses on pure survival horror. You are not a fighter; you are prey.

• Hide or Flee: Utilize the environment to hide in lockers, under beds, or in darkened corners. When discovered, your only option is to run.
• Tools, Not Weapons: Find and utilize tools like adrenaline shots, lockpicks, and stun rigs to momentarily slow down enemies, navigate obstacles, or help your teammates. But remember, resources are scarce.
• Manage Your Sanity: Endure psychological torment and horrifying sights that will test your mental fortitude. The terrors aren’t just physical.

Customize Your Reagent

Personalize your test subject. Create your own character, unlock perks, upgrade tools, and customize your cell within the Murkoff facility’s Sleep Room – your only safe haven between trials. Show off your personality, even amidst the horror.
