• Deep Survival Mechanics: Manage hunger, thirst, fatigue, pain, temperature, boredom, and mental health. Treat injuries, combat illnesses, and scavenge for every essential item.
• Realistic Zombie Threat: The undead are relentless. They react to sight and sound, they swarm in massive hordes, and a single bite or scratch can lead to infection and inevitable zombification. Stealth is often your best weapon.
• Loot, Scavenge, Survive: Explore a massive, isometric open world based on real-world locations in Kentucky. Ransack abandoned houses, stores, and warehouses for food, water, weapons, medicine, and crafting materials. Everything runs out eventually.

Craft, Build, and Fortify

Your survival depends on your ingenuity and preparation.

• Extensive Crafting: Utilize scavenged items to craft tools, weapons, traps, medical supplies, and more. Cook food, purify water, and learn skills through practice and finding recipe books.
• Build Your Safehouse: Fortify existing buildings by barricading windows and doors, or build your own shelter from scratch. Establish rain collectors, generators, and even farm plots to become more self-sufficient.

Develop Your Character

Choose a starting occupation and traits that define your survivor’s strengths and weaknesses. Level up a wide range of practical skills like carpentry, cooking, farming, mechanics, first aid, and various combat proficiencies through practice. Become a master carpenter, a deadly marksman, or a versatile jack-of-all-trades.

Play Alone or Survive Together

Face the apocalypse solo or team up with friends on persistent multiplayer servers. Work together to build fortified communities, go on dangerous loot runs, or engage in treacherous player-vs-player conflict in a world where humans can be just as dangerous as the undead
